SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
ZOVLLY currently ships to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery to the continental United States: 5-8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
ZOVLLY offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier system.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ZOVLLY is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package: check with neighbors or household members, look around your property, contact your local carrier with your tracking number, and file a claim with the carrier. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ZOVLLY is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at zovllysupport@gmail.com. We will attempt to update your address but cannot guarantee changes after processing.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at zovllysupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
