Thank you for shopping at ZOVLLY (zovlly.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and health safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: EMS microcurrent facial devices, LED light therapy devices, facial and body massagers, and any device that makes direct contact with skin. These items may only be returned if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email zovllysupport@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email zovllysupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service. ZOVLLY is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval: check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then contact your bank. If you still have not received it, email zovllysupport@gmail.com.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours the order may already be in processing. Email zovllysupport@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.
