Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ZOVLLY is not responsible for customs delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and contact your local carrier first. Then reach out to us at support@zovlly.com and we'll investigate.
