Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

- Proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@zovlly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@zovlly.com with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
